Saroj Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan believes that empowering women is one of the strongest ways to strengthen families and communities. Through our Women’s Handicraft Training Programme, we provide practical vocational training that enables women, especially from rural and economically weaker backgrounds, to develop marketable skills and become financially independent.
Our training covers a variety of traditional and contemporary handicrafts, encouraging creativity while preserving India’s rich artisan heritage. Along with technical skills, participants receive guidance on entrepreneurship, product quality, marketing, and self-employment opportunities, helping them build sustainable sources of income with dignity and confidence.
