OUR PROGRAMME Building Skills and Opportunities for Tribal Communities
Our Tribal Training & Development Programme focuses on strengthening the knowledge, skills, and livelihood opportunities of tribal communities. Through training, awareness activities, skill development, and community engagement, participants are encouraged to develop capabilities that can support sustainable livelihoods.
The programme also promotes awareness of education, healthcare, government welfare schemes, financial inclusion, and other opportunities that can contribute to the overall development of tribal families.
By combining traditional knowledge with new learning opportunities, we work to help tribal communities become more confident, self-reliant, and actively involved in their own development.

Working across 6+ districts, 25+ blocks, and 200+ villages, our organisation continues to reach communities through grassroots-level interventions and participatory development activities.
